Meet the Owner

Ryan Felix, Owner

Kingdom Builders Co. was founded by Ryan Felix with a conviction that contracting in Topeka could be better. Better communication. Better craftsmanship. Better integrity. Too many homeowners in the Topeka area had been burned by contractors who overpromised and underdelivered, disappeared mid-project, or simply never returned a phone call. Ryan set out to build a company that did things differently.

Ryan is a Topeka resident, a family man, and a craftsman who believes that the work your hands produce says something about your character. He is personally involved in every project Kingdom Builders undertakes—from the initial consultation and estimate through construction and the final walkthrough. He does not hand you off to a sales team or assign your project to a subcontractor you have never met.

Before founding Kingdom Builders Co., Ryan spent years developing skills across multiple construction disciplines. He gained hands-on experience in framing, finish carpentry, concrete work, fencing, deck construction, and interior remodeling. That breadth of experience means he understands every phase of a project from the ground up—literally—and can identify potential issues before they become expensive problems.

Ryan leads a small, dedicated team that treats every home like their own. Clients consistently praise Kingdom Builders for their communication, attention to detail, and the respect they show to every property they work on.

Kingdom Builders has completed projects across Topeka and Shawnee County—from custom composite decks in College Hill and cedar privacy fences in Westboro to full bathroom remodels in Potwin Place and outdoor living spaces in Sherwood Park. Every neighborhood brings different challenges, and our local experience ensures we deliver results that fit each home and community.
